Nature of service

DG Prime Services provides background verification and related verification support based on information and sources available for the agreed checks.

Verification outcomes

A verification result is limited to the sources and identifiers actually checked. A “No Record Identified” result does not necessarily establish that no record exists anywhere.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for lawful purpose, appropriate candidate disclosures/consents and lawful use of verification reports.

Candidate information

Verification should be conducted only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
